When is kick off?

Due to the demands of TV broadcasters football matches in Italy can be moved from Saturday to Sunday, and vice versa, can change kick off times, and sometimes at very short notice. Change of date and time often happens because of fixture schedules usually when one of the teams has to play a Cup-match (LIGA CUP, EUROPE, CL etc.) on a date too near to the date of the league match. Kick off time can also be changed at very short notice, and is often between noon and 22:00. Midweek matches can also be moved between Tuesday and Wednesday, and kick of time is typically between 17:00 and 22:00. We will not contact you regarding kick-off time, but we will try to update our webpage 3-5 days prior to the match. So please plan accordantly when you book your flight and hotel! The match tickets are normally printed in advance, so it is your responsibility to double-check the exact date and kick-off in the local press or on official websites.

Where will I be seated at the stadium?

You will always be seated among home team supporters or in the neutral zone. This means that you MAY NOT, under any circumstances, wear scarves, hats, jerseys etc. with the opponent’s team color or logo. You MAY NOT cheer or show sympathy for the opposing team. If you do not follow these rules you may be refused entrance to the stadium or asked to leave before or during the match. You will find a description of the categories you can choose from. We cannot order or guarantee specific seats within the category chosen!

Will we be seated together?

If you have ordered more than 3 tickets we cannot guarantee that you will be seated together. There is a chance that you will be seated 2+2, 2+3, 3+3, 2+2+3 e t c. However, we can guarantee that you NEVER will be seated alone with single seats, for example 1+1, 2+1, 3+2+1. If your group is split up our agent will try their best to get you seated in the same section at the stadium, but again we cannot guarantee anything. It is not very often a group will be split up, but a few times during the season this can happen.

Do we need valid Picture ID when going to the match?

Do we need valid Picture ID when going to the match? Yes, The Italian Football Association demands birthdate, full name as in passports and passport numbers for all people who are attending football matches in Italy. Yes the price you pay is inclusive of a booking fee to the club, our local agent and us. The agent(s) we use on this site is an official agent(s) for the club(s) you will find on the site.
